DuraBuilt warranties are the best on the market:
• The Durabuilt™ CTL for compact track loaders covers 1,500 hrs./18 months (1,000 hrs./12 months = 100% -6 months)
• The Durabuilt™ MX for mini-excavators covers 2,400 hrs./30 months (2,000 hrs./24 months = 100 % -6 months)
Coverage
Camoplast tracks are warranted for a period of 18 months / 1500 hours, whichever comes first (CTL), or 30 months / 2500 hours, whichever comes first (Mini-X), against disabling
defects in materials and workmanship. Camoplast rubber tracks that become unserviceable as a result of a disabling defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period
will be eligible for coverage. Track eligible for coverage will be (at Camoplast's choice) repaired, replaced, or a prorated allowance given towards purchase
of replacement Camoplast track.
Not Covered
- Track no longer owned by the original purchasing end user
- Purchases greater than 18 months (CTL) or 30 months (Mini-X) prior to warranty request
- Track exceeding respective listed warranty period(s)
- Track purchased from an OEM dealer (OEM warranty applies)
- Damage from use or installation as a result of misapplication, or exceeding the specifications of the track original design capabilities
- Damage from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, use with non-OEM components, or a result of poor mechanical condition of the machine, or failure or operator
to reasonably follow operational, inspection, and adjustment guidelines
- Minor cosmetic defects, such as surface cracks, splits, and other superficial distress which are non-disabling to track operation, and that may impact
track appearance but does not render track unusable or appear to yet measurably diminish overall life
- Labor, freight, transport to and from warranty work, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Track Reimbursement base upon track months of service (MOS)
Warranty coverage beings on the date of the sales receipt to the end user. A track found ot be unserviceable due to a disabling defect in materials and workmanship will receive
a prorated credit based on current distributor track replacement price, using the matrix below.

Replacement Track Warranty Period
- If a track is replaced as part of a processed claim and CAMOPLAST participation is 50% or greater, the replacement track warranty will be limited to the remainder of the original
track warranty period.
- If a track is replaced under warranty as part of a processed claim and CAMOPLAST participation is less than 50%, the replacement track warranty period will be the full
new track warranty period.
